UsingMiles, an innovative start-up, was created after a young entrepreneur lost thousands of airline miles. Tracking all program rewards in one place would prevent this from ever happening again.

My responsibilities for this website were: creative direction, UX/UI design and writing the HTML/CSS. I was tasked with re-designing the original site to create a more user-friendly experience.

One of the challenges of the site was getting people to enter their loyalty program information, as this requires a level of trust and security. I overcame this by creating a clean, conscientious user experience that takes a multi-step approach to build user confidence along the way.

Bold colors, typography and spacing were all carefully planned, so users can easily digest all the information this site has to offer.
